Lily Pillsbury: The world of communications is ever-changing, but with constantly evolving technology in the 21st century, the field has never been so vast! I am a graduate student at Clark University in Professional Communications, and I am fascinated with the ways that communications has changed in our digital age. In addition, with everything happening in todays world, the message and image of any business has never been so important. I hope to bring to light the changes happening in our country. Additionally, I hope to highlight the different ways that companies and brands have used social media as a way to combat the crises in our world today.
